Our Process
STEP 3: Negotiate
We work directly with the WSIB to negotiate and appeal for the removal of costs that you as the employer should not be responsible for. We have excellent working relationships with the WSIB, a team of associated medical doctors, and a deep understanding of WSIB legislation, policies and procedures. This is our specialty.
STEP 4: Savings
Once we have completed the negotiation process with the WSIB, we will request recalculation of your rates and calculate the amount of any premium savings produced. We obtain confirmation regarding the exact amount of savings from the WSIB and verify their calculations to ensure you receive the maximum possible return.
